In December, Entrepreneur Middle East hosted its sixth anuual event -Enterprise Agility Awards 2019- to recognize the individuals and enterprises that have made an outstanding contribution to the MENA's business ecosystem.
Kicking off the event, Wissam Younane, CEO of BNC Publishing, the media house behind Entrepreneur Middle East, said, "While we have had some amazing highs over the course of 2019, we've also had some pretty low periods as well, and while this is to be expected in any business landscape, I think you'll all agree with me in saying that such periods can be incredibly tough for small, young enterprises like mine. During these tough times, many have come up to me asking if I had a backup option, and I've always stayed resolute to the idea that we are doing something good and important with Entrepreneur Middle East, and as such, we are simply going to stick it out, and find a way to make it work."
The event was supported by du (Title Ally), Dubai Startup Hub and Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in5, Dubai Media City, and Dubai Internet City (Ecosystem Partners), and Life On Screen (Tech Partner).
