As a mother of five, Sarah understands the importance of career flexibility and is passionate about supporting high-calibre professionals who seek to balance work and family life. Through RAYNE, she has created a platform that empowers professionals to manage their careers on their own terms.
RAYNE works with these top legal professionals, specialising in providing interim secondment services and fractional placements, helping companies address capability gaps and manage capacity challenges effectively. The firm caters to MNCs, government entities, and growth-stage companies, offering cost-effective, timely, and flexible options for short or long-term assignments.
Before founding RAYNE, Sarah established Sprii.com, an award-winning online shopping platform for mothers, and then went on to consult for high-profile technology companies across the region. Her academic background includes a degree in Economics from Edinburgh University, along with experience in M&A at Deloitte in London and Dubai, providing her with the financial expertise to scale her entrepreneurial ventures.
